By using our website, these Terms of Use & Service and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the “TOS”) govern your use of www.intimecreations.com and the In Time services and sale of products. By using the Service or visiting or browsing the site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and conditions of use and any modifications that may be made to the Terms of Use from time to time; if you do not agree to these Terms of Use you should not use the service.
We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement in the future and any changes will apply to our rental & service processes.
These Terms of Use constitute a binding legal agreement between you and In Time, so please read them thoroughly.
This agreement contains all the terms and conditions that govern your rental from In Time Creations. No different or other terms and conditions have any effect.
Our terms of use are governed by UK law.

By agreeing to these terms, you are giving In Time Creations the right to use your details such as your email address for promotional and advertising campaigns.
In Time reserves the right to, without previous notice, suspend or discontinue the site for maintenance, repairs or modernisation.
How does Hiring with in time CREATIONS work
Browse the beautiful dresses for hire on our website, choose a dress of your choice to hire for your occasion, we send the dress to you with the security tag intact 1 day before your chosen event date. You then wear your dress, and then simply send it back to us using the prepaid label and package you received when your dress arrived- free of charge.
All dresses come with a tag and once the tag is removed a refund will not be applicable.
Our Service allows customers to access the site and hire dresses from In Time Creations in accordance with these Terms of Use. The customer can choose the product/products to rent from our unique on-line selection and have them shipped to their chosen address.
This is done with a return date which is the end of the hire period, if the dress is not sent back to us on the designated return date – the first working day after the event date which was chosen at checkout – we reserve the right to charge you £15 a day for everyday the dress is not received back to us past the chosen return date.
Prices
Our dress prices are per item and may vary depending on model at any given time in our discretion.
The price of a dress can be seen on the dress detail page and prices may change prices at any given time due to various circumstances.
Every dress has a 50% deposit required, which will be refunded once the dress is returned in good condition.
Delivery
Delivery time for the dress you have hired may vary based upon product availability, customer delivery address, when you place an order, and any other circumstances that could impact delivery. We will send you an email letting you know when your product is shipped.
We send our dresses to our customers via UK Royal Mail Special Delivery. The total price of posting the dress to you is dependant on the weight of the dress, this is added at checkout. Royal Mail guarantees that your chosen dress will be with you before 1pm 1 days before your chosen event date. Please ensure someone is in for the parcel as a signature is required in order to pass the dress over to you.
We can not accept any responsibility of any delays due to the courier. We advise choosing a rental period that gives you enough time to receive the dress before your event.
Trying on dresses before hire
If you wish to try on a dress prior to hiring, highly recommended for wedding dresses, we charge £70 to come in our office, this £70 will taken away from your total hiring fee. Unfortunately it will not be refunded if you do not proceed with any dress hire.
Returns & Hiring Conditions
Our dresses are in the sole responsibility of yourself, the hirer, and therefore we expect you to take good care of our products, minor spillages and small marks are inevitable and we have high quality dry cleaners on hand who clean all the dresses when we receive them back to our offices from customers as well as a seamstress, however if a product is returned in a damaged or dirty condition that exceeds normal wear and tear, as determined by the In Time team in its sole discretion, you agree that In Time may charge you for the repair cost of a product if damaged or stained, or we also hold the right to charge you the full cost of replacing such products if ruined beyond repair. The product replacement fee will vary depending on each dress.
You the customer should not alter or make any additions to the dress or in any other manner interfere with the dress during your hire period. If you the customer does, we have the right to charge you the repair cost or full cost of replacing the dress.
You the customer are responsible for loss or damage to our dresses such as theft, fire, severe stains and any other causes in the hiring period. Please understand that if the dress is returned with any kind of these damages, you are to pay the full retail price according with our price lists. The customer must notify us of any damage to our dress that occurs during their hire period.
If a customer decides not to send the rented dress back to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer the full retail price that In Time paid for the dress. Each dress price varies depending on the design of the dress.
We strongly suggest you keep the proof of delivery receipt when the dress is sent back to us, because if we do not receive a product back from you, and you the customer has no proof of delivery, we hold the authority to charge your card the full retail price of the dress. Again the retail selling price of the dress at the date of hire will vary depending on each dress.
Under no circumstances are customers to attempt to clean any products themselves (dry clean, cold wash or any other way) If done so, we reserve the right to charge the customer for part or full replacement value of the dress if any damage is done to the product.
If the dress is not returned to In Time on the first working day after the event date you selected at checkout, we reserve the right to charge you £15 for each day if the dress is not returned back to us, as you are preventing other customers from renting that dress.
If for any reason you are not happy with the In Time dress hire service at any point, before during or after a purchase please contact hello@intimecreations.com and we will be happy to assist you with any complaint or query you may have.
Alternatively if you are pleased with the service you receive from In Time Creations please let us know, as we like to share customer feedback on our website.
Billing
When you rent a dress from In Time Creations, you will be required to provide us with accurate and current credit card information for a valid credit card that you are authorised to use. By signing up for the service, you are allowing In Time Creations to bill your credit card the applicable fees, shipping charges, any and all applicable taxes, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of our website and dress hire. The applicable fees will be charged to your credit card. If your dress is not returned on the due return date agreed when the purchase was made, In Time have the right to charge your Credit card at a rate of £15 each day the dress is kept by the customer over your return date as chosen on check out, until we receive the dress back to our offices.
If In Time does not receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, You will be contacted by In Time Creations.
You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your credit card by the issuer and bank but not limited to overdraft or use insufficient funds or go over your credit limit fees.
Cancellation: Costs and Refunds
You may return a dress and receive a refund for any reason such as, the dress does not fit, you do not like the dress. You have 24 hours to return the dress to us in the original state it was sent to you, with the ‘In Time Creations’ security tag still intact on the dress to receive a frefund from us minus the shipping costs of the dress both to the hirer and back to our office. You must deposit the item for return at your local post office either the day or day after you receive the parcel. Most post offices close at 5pm. Unless advised by In Time Creations, should a product be kept longer by the customer than the 24 hour period for returns, In Time Creations reserves the right to charge the full rental fee and reject a refund. Please contact hello@intimecreations.com if you are returning a dress, and if you wish to request to keep an item overnight which you do not wish to wear to your event.
If the In Time Creations tag is not intact on the dress as stated above, or the dress is not in its original condition when it was sent to you, therefore has marks of being worn, we will take this as the dress has been worn therefore we reserve the right to charge you the full amount of the product rental and reject a refund. We strongly reiterate that you the customer, in this occasion ensure the security tag remains on the dress.
On the rare occasion that when the dress is inspected by you the customer and defects are found, please contact us immediately by phone or email and make us aware of the alleged defect, damage or any other faults so we can assist you further with your hire.
If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE it is posted out to you, please let us know as soon as you can by contacting customer service on hello@intimecreations.com and we will be happy to help. Once you have tried on the dress and kept it for more than 24 hours we will not be able to give any customer a refund.

By placing an order with In Time Creations dress hire, you are offering to rent a product and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.
What information do we take from you?
In Time Creations collects personal information when you place an order. By using our service you are consenting to the collection of personal data including name, email address, phone numbers, home address, credit/debit card and more so that we can process and fulfil your order.
Your information will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
Your payment details are taken on a secure payment platform system which will not be shared, and will only be used to process your order using our payment partner systems. In Time Creations may use your personal information for processing of orders, payments and to provide you the customer with a personalised shopping experience.
We may also use your personal information to send you marketing updates, but only in accordance with your preferences.
We may also use your telephone number or email you to discuss your order.
Property Rights
You must acknowledge that In Time Creations website and all its contents such as software, logo, symbols, pictures and texts are owned by In Time Creations or have been duly licensed and you must accept that these property rights protect the contents of the In Time website. Unless otherwise specified the content of this website is for your personal and non-commercials use.
In Time Creations manage and own the design, layout, product pictures all other pictures and information on this website that cannot be copied, sold, distributed or downloaded or used in any other way without our permission.
